1 Acceptance of Terms

All transactions on Pakavaitor are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved — what you deposit is what appears in your balance. Pakavaitor currently supports the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits with fast processing times.
• Raast — instant interbank payments via the State Bank of Pakistan's infrastructure.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that belong to you. Depositing via accounts or cards registered to other individuals is strictly prohibited. All deposits must be made from legitimate, personal sources.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Pakavaitor does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Pakavaitor may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and special event promotions from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Pakavaitor reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Pakavaitor, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports, and any other sport available on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered for that market.
• Odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your bet slip at confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Pakavaitor's specific sport and market rules will determine settlement. Generally, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a specific outcome has already been determined.
• For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, revised target markets will be settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result where applicable.
• Pakavaitor reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there is clear evidence of a pricing error or system fault.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed when placing a bet and may vary by sport, market type, and event significance.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during a live event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.

8 Bingo, Fish Games & Game Lobby Rules

The following rules apply to bingo rooms, fish games, and all games within the Pakavaitor game lobby:

• All games on Pakavaitor use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent and not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, session length, or any player-specific factor.
• Bingo games begin at their scheduled times. If you purchase tickets for a bingo room and are not connected when the game starts, your tickets remain active and will be checked automatically by the platform.
• Fish game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of each shot. The platform does not guarantee any minimum win rate per session.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the platform will record the last confirmed state of your session. Pakavaitor is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Game malfunctions — defined as technical errors that result in an incorrect outcome being displayed — will be voided. Stakes will be returned to the player's PKR balance. Pakavaitor's determination of a malfunction is final.

10 Prohibited Conduct

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Pakavaitor reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity, including unusual betting patterns, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles, or transactions flagged by payment processors.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, Pakavaitor will communicate with the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate suspension is required to prevent ongoing harm.

If an account is closed in good standing — meaning no breach has been identified — any remaining PKR balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Pakavaitor platform — including but not limited to the website design, game graphics, logos, text, software, data, and audio — is the property of Pakavaitor or its content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Pakavaitor platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Pakavaitor content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content.

13 Limitation of Liability
